My Name is Bob Ochieng 

Your Personal Trainer, and Group Fitness Instructor. I am passionate about helping and supporting people set goals and working together to achieve them.
Regardless of your current situation, health goals, sports performance, staying fit, improving your strength and nutrition, together we can plan and accomplish these tasks.
 I am certified Personal Trainer with American Council on Exercise (ACE), as well as a Nutritional Coach with Precision Nutrition (PN) level one.

TEK-Fitness values movement and awareness of our joints and muscles activation to support our posture (Kinaesthetic).
Having a proper body alignment and posture, the body is able to cope with challenges of daily activities.
The goal of TEK-Fitness is to establish the basic foundation by building awareness of the client's stability, mobility and  strength in exercise movements.
From there, power, endurance and skills will be developed.
